WAGYU.AE is a private Japanese Wagyu house operating in the United Arab Emirates. The brand exists to curate, protect, and represent authentic Japanese Wagyu with full respect for its cultural origin, certification framework, and global reputation.

WAGYU.AE does not operate as a mass-market distributor. Supply is strictly allocation-based and governed by integrity. Wagyu is treated not as a commodity, but as a cultural product and status experience.

V.

AUTHENTICITY & CERTIFICATION STANDARD

All Wagyu supplied by WAGYU.AE must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Born and raised in Japan
  • Registered in the official Japanese Wagyu traceability system
  • Graded by authorized Japanese grading bodies
  • Accompanied by verifiable documentation
  • Correctly labeled by origin and grade

Failure to meet any criterion results in immediate disqualification.

VI.

PROTECTED REGIONAL NAMES

Names such as Omi, Miyazaki, and Kobe are protected regional identities. These names are used only when certification, documented origin, and allocation are fully verified. Their use does not imply ownership, partnership, or exclusivity unless explicitly authorized in writing.

VII.

HALAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Where applicable, halal documentation is provided in accordance with UAE regulations. Regulatory compliance is treated as equal in importance to authenticity.

VIII.

EXPERIENCE & STATUS POSITIONING

Wagyu is not defined solely by marbling. It is defined by how it is handled, prepared, served, and represented. Excess and misrepresentation undermine the experience.

IX.

RESTAURANT SUPPLY & BRAND USAGE POLICY

Restaurants supplied by WAGYU.AE are granted access to certified Japanese Wagyu under strict conditions. Accurate origin and grade usage, compliant menu language, proper storage, and respectful preparation are mandatory.

Any misuse or misrepresentation results in immediate termination of supply without notice.

X.

CLIENT TERMS & RESPONSIBILITY

Orders are subject to availability and allocation. Responsibility for storage, handling, and preparation transfers to the client upon delivery. WAGYU.AE is not responsible for quality degradation caused after delivery.

XI.

ENFORCEMENT

WAGYU.AE reserves the right to refuse service, suspend supply, or terminate relationships where misuse, misrepresentation, or non-compliance is identified. Decisions are final.

XII.

FINAL BRAND STATEMENT

WAGYU.AE preserves Japanese Wagyu as a legacy, not a trend.
