Standards & Compliance

Documentation Requirements

All partners must retain and present upon request: Certificate of Authenticity, import documentation, halal certification, and cold chain records.

Menu & Display Rules

Protected regional names (Omi, Kobe, Miyazaki) may only be used when sourcing is certified. Generic terms must be clearly distinguished from certified product.

Storage & Handling

Wagyu must be stored at specified temperatures (-18°C for frozen, 0–4°C for chilled). Chain of custody must be maintained at all times.

Brand Usage

Usage of the WAGYU.AE name, logo, or product imagery in marketing materials requires prior written approval.

Enforcement Notice

WAGYU.AE monitors the market for misrepresentation. Establishments found misusing protected Wagyu names or falsely associating with our brand may be reported to certification bodies, consumer protection authorities, or publicly disclosed.
